Culinary Delight at The Restaurant
The on-site restaurant pairs good food with beautiful scenery including a spectacular hilltop view of Keuka Lake. The menu caters to all, whether you crave a hearty meal or a light snack. Dining here complements the Bully Hill Vineyards experience, allowing you to taste the local flavors with a glass of their signature wine.
The vineyard hosts a museum with three exhibits. The Greyton H. Taylor Wine Museum, Replica Cooper Shop, and the Walter S. Taylor Art Gallery. The Wine Museum unveils the vineyard’s historical journey since the late 1960s with antique winemaking equipment and Prohibition memorabilia. The Replica Cooper Shop displays the art of barrel making. At the same time, the Walter S. Taylor Art Gallery displays over 200 art pieces, featuring the creativity behind some of Bully Hill’s wine labels. Each exhibit contributes to the history of Bully Hill Vineyards, making your visit an engaging blend of art, history, and winemaking tradition. Be sure to learn all you can about Walter’s journey with the Taylor Wine Company, his exit and the resulting battle he had with Taylor. It’s epic.
