The best way to get from NYC to Hammondsport, NY is by car. The drive takes approximately five hours across US-17 and I-86 and is a great way to see some of the beautiful countrysides in upstate New York. Along the way, you’ll pass through the Catskill Mountains, the Hudson Valley, and the Finger Lakes region.
