This recognition honors hotels that meet the highest standards of customer service, consistently receiving positive reviews and ratings from travelers. The Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award is particularly meaningful because it represents the voice of the customer. This accomplishment speaks to the leadership, high standards of service, and the passion and dedication at all levels of your hotel.

This year, more than 1,500 hotels within our global portfolio received a Travelers’ Choice Award, which includes hotels within Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, SureStay Hotel Group® and WorldHotels® Collection. These past 15 months have decimated our industry and hotels, presenting overwhelming personal and operational challenges. Yet, so many of our hotels continued to provide the superior, caring service that our brand is known for. You should be extremely proud of receiving this award, one of our industry’s most prestigious accolades.
