“Beautiful new hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. Located walking distance from the center of town, and next door to Finger Lakes Brewing, and across the street from a creamery with some excellent ice cream. Location is excellent. Plus, two really great outdoor gas fire pits.” -Kathy B.

“This was probably the best hotel we have stayed at during the past five years of our traveling. My husband and I have traveled both nationally and internationally. The manager and staff were fabulous -the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. Our room was beyond clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Any request or question that we had was dealt with in a wonderful professional manner. The breakfast options were very good and I was able to have a gluten free bagel each morning -they even offered to wipe down the toaster and toast it for me if I wanted them to -I did not but how nice of them to offer. Service and Staff
“The best part about our stay was the staff. They were so very helpful and had a pleasant word to say at all times. The ladies who made breakfast were a delightful duo who seemed to really enjoy their jobs and worked well together. Kudos to Best Western for giving them the freedom to be creative with the baked goods they made for us every morning, as well as the complimentary cookies we enjoyed in the evening. On our last day we got to sample delicious new recipes and you could tell these bakers took pride in their work. Gotta say, too, that the pictures you see online of the lobby are highly accurate. “We arrived in the area early so we stopped to see if check in would be possible and our room was ready. Fantastic staff, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very nice, only a few years old.
