We are very excited to announce that we are the Official Hotel for the Opening Weekend at Watkins Glen International Speedway! Opening Weekend is a thrilling event where you can take your vehicle out on the world-renowned road course for 3 paced laps for the cheap price of $25! The proceeds benefit Watkins Glen International’s RACE Foundation.

Opening Weekend at Watkins Glen International Speedway begins next weekend, April 8^th and 9^th! Gates open at 9:30 a.m, and will run all day until 3 p.m. Make sure to stop by and see our representatives that will be on location for the event the entire weekend, and see what exciting info and goodies that we will have to share! If you are interested in making a weekend out of it, Best Western Plus, the Hammondsport Hotel is a scenic and quick 17-mile drive from Watkins Glen International Speedway. It’s one of the closest branded hotels to the race track. Come out and enjoy some racing fun, and we look forward to seeing you at the track!

Arts in Bloom: Steuben County Arts Trail

Are you a fan of the arts? Then the “Arts in Bloom” event will be sure to delight you!  This event is designed to showcase the many talented artists throughout Steuben County.  There will be individual studio tours designed to provide the experience of a private art studio or workspace, along with work in progress, inspiration, creativity and finished work available for purchase.  Also, make sure to not miss featured performances by musicians, poets, dancers, and visual artists.  In addition, there will be mini instructional sessions that will be offered by local artists.
